Control Devices, LLC Acquires Dry Link, Inc.

Control Devices, LLC announced that it acquired Dry Link, Inc. of Sunrise, Florida on March 31, 2021. The transaction is Control Devices' tenth add‐on acquisition.

Dry Link, Inc. is the premier manufacturer of dry-disconnect "dry break" hose couplings for bulk transfer of liquids and high-containment split-butterfly valves for powders. Their couplings are used worldwide in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries to provide drip-free connections. All major pharmaceutical, biotechnology & food companies specify Dry Link's sanitary line of couplings when hygienic and high purity conditions are required.
