Control Devices Acquires A Leading Float Valve Manufacturer

On September 25, 2015, Control Devices, LLC acquired Gadren Machine Company, Inc, its sixth add-on acquisition. Gadren, based in West Collingswood Heights, NJ, is a leading manufacturer of bronze and stainless steel float valves and other related components used in industrial and agricultural applications.

CEO Jamie Reuter of Control Devices said, “Gadren Machine Company and the Gade® brand name are synonymous with the highest quality made-in-America balanced float valves.  Its product line is highly complementary to Control Devices’ existing broad line of Bob®, Bobby®, and Kerick® branded industrial float valves.”

This addition further strengthens Control Devices’ position as the industry-leading designer and manufacturer of engineered flow control solutions. The operating assets of Gadren will be absorbed by Control Devices.
