Thermal Relief
Valves
The Model "TRV" thermal
relief valve is typically installed into a pressure washer
system where a maximum specific water temperature is desired.
The Model "TRV" pressure
relief valve remains sealed at low temperature levels, but
as the temperature rises, the valve begins to open. The valve
discharges water from the system to atmosphere, and thus maintains
a desired maximum temperature. Available in 1/4", 3/8"
and 3/4" NPT. Also available with a directional plastic
cap. |

Easy Start Valve
The Model "ESV" easy
start valve is typically installed into a pressure washer
system where the valve remains open until a specific pressure
is reached at which time the valve closes off.
The valve is installed into
a system so it will bypass water from the high pressure side
of the pump back to the inlet by means of an external hose.
Connection size is 3/8" NPT inlet x 1/4" Hose Barb
outlet.

Garden Hose Adapters
Garden Hose Swivel Adapters feature a brass garden
hose swivel. Many different outlet configurations are offered, including
1/2" FNPT, 3/8"MNPT, 1/2" BSP, and 3/8" hose barb.

Injectors
The Model "CJ" chemical
injector valve is typically installed into a pressure washer
system for the purpose of drawing chemicals into the flow
of water while running in low pressure mode.
The valve is offered in both
adjustable and non-adjustable versions, with the adjustable
version allowing for manual control of the chemical injection
rate. Three orifice sizes are offered to meet your flow requirements.
Connection sizes include 3/8" MNPT, 3/8" FNPT, and M22.

Inlet Strainer
The Inlet Strainer is located
at the inlet of a pressure washer. The Inlet Strainer contains
a removable screen which stops any contaminates from entering
the pump system. The screen is designed so it may be removed
and cleaned.
The Strainer also includes
a fitting at 90° to the main flow of the valve used to bypass
water back to the inlet of the system. Connection is 1/2"
FNPT x Garden hose, with a 1/4" Hose barb.

Pressure Relief
Valves
The Model "PWR" pressure
washer relief valve is typically installed into a pressure
washer system where a maximum specific water pressure is desired.
The Model "PWR" pressure
relief valve can be set to open at various set pressures,
depending upon the adjusting spring being used. The valve
will begin to open once the system pressure matches the valve
set pressure, and flow will increase as the pressure rises
above the set pressure. The valve will shut off at the same
pressure at which it opened. The valve discharges water from
the system to atmosphere, and thus maintains a desired maximum
pressure.
