Control Devices, LLC Acquires KeepFlo Inc.
September 10, 2012 - Los Angeles-based Corridor Capital, LLC announced today that its portfolio company Control Devices, LLC acquired the operating assets of KeepFlo Inc. The transaction, which is Control Devices’ fourth add-on acquisition, closed on September 7, 2012.
KeepFlo Inc. is a leading manufacturer of refrigerant distributors, critical components of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. KeepFlo supplies Venturi-Flo™ and nozzle-type distributors to leading air conditioning and refrigeration original equipment manufacturers, subsystem manufacturers, and national and regional distributors.
